About Me

Hi! My name is Annette Pytlinski. I am excited you're here! 

I have been in Southern Illinois all of my life, growing up in Scheller and moving to Waltonville where I currently live. For many years, 26 or more to be exact, I spent my time in a tractor or using some type of farm equipment. I have an extensive history of farming operation and land values. I am your go-to for any agriculture-real estate needs (and, of course, any other real estate needs as well!) 

I have been serving the Southern Illinois region's real estate needs since 2019. I have had the pleasure of working with many different people and families to help them with one of biggest and most important purchases in someone's life. It is important to me to always put 100% into my work and to help with anything that I can. 

When buying or selling real estate, you need to feel comfortable with the person that is walking through that process with you, and that is important to me to provide. Buying and selling should be a painless, seamless, worry-free, hassle-free process and that is ALWAYS the goal!
