It went very smoothly from all angles of purchase. Everything was free flowing with no hassles. The exchange of contracts and closing was way easier than expected given the insight from my USA bank agent. They say that part takes a long time usually but it only took 30 mins to close. Negotiations were very good. Annette would take what I said into consideration on the negotiations and consult with me her opinion on the offers to help me understand good offers and bad offers.
